She is a certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapist and Angel Therapy Practitioner ®. Elizabeth holds a masters degree in both Counseling and Guidance and Public Health and is a doctoral candidate in metaphysics from the American Institute of Holistic Theology. She has also been a practicing psychic for many years and began doing professional readings about 20 years ago. Encouraged by her parents, Lisa learned to meditate at a very young age and in her early teen years she studied the Silva Method, a powerful way to learn mediation and visualization skills. These experiences have supplemented much of the work she does today. As a psychic, she is fundamentally a channeler. As a counselor she focuses on a method called, psychosynthesis and has studied the Enneagram and Systems Centered Therapy, a mindfulness and group based psycho-spiritual model of great power. After receiving his MBA from MIT, he was a mutual fund manager and department head at Fidelity Investments for 10 years. He then owned and operated a Cape Cod residential summer camp for children for 10 years, focusing on empowering children by giving them a say in the design of the community. He has extensive training in NLP, storytelling, stress management, meditation, and public speaking. He is also a certified ropes course facilitator and certified yoga instructor. He now supports business leaders in creating professional and personal lives that thrive through and inside out approach to growth and change. Jim is married with two college-age children.QI-GONGSensei Edward WilliamsonSensei Edward Williamson is the founder and chief instructor of Jikaku-Do School of Martial Arts. Ed began his martial arts training in 1979 at Sensei Casey's Karate Dojo in Cork City Ireland. He studied Shotokan Karate in Ireland until 1985, when he then moved to the United States. In the States, he continued his martial arts training with Sensei Gabriel Trance. In 1991 Ed joined the Zen Bei Butoku-kai. He trained in Shorinji-Ryu for 15 years. During this time, Ed attended many summer camps and weekend seminars taught by the founder of the Zen Bei Butoku-kai, Master Richard Kim, and his top students. Ed has attained the level of Sandan (3rd degree black belt) in both Karate and Kobudo (weaponry). He has had extensive training in Karate, Kobudo, Tai-Chi, Qi-Gong, and has also trained in Pa-Kua and Aiki-jitsu, and has competed at the National and International level. Mr. Williamson is a certified instructor in the RADKIDS, a personal empowerment and self-defense program for children, and the R.A.D. physical defense program for women. She combines her 20 years experience in the profession with additional certification in Craniosacral/Myofascial Integration, Esoteric Healing, Breathwork, La Stone Therapy and various Ayurvedic Therapies. She is a Reiki Master and teacher of Integrated Energy Therapy (IET). Ruth believes that a human being must be considered holistically, as a union of mind, body and soul, and therefore the emphasis is not on the "illness," but on the whole person and their inner needs. He has been using crystal bowls as a healing medium for eight years. Rhys began teaching on the tennis court at the age of 14, but realized that he was able to see more than the mechanical needs of his students. He found he could see people's core potential and help them to discard their illusory obstacles and manifest this potential and so he moved down his path toward vibrational therapies. Students and staff alike use the word "gentle" to describe Julie. Her gentle approach to teaching yoga incorporates groundbreaking work from contemporary mind-body and stress reduction researcher Jon Kabat-Zinn. It is Julie's intention to assist others in utilizing ancient yoga teachings to create balance and inner peace in a very busy world.Guruatma KhalsaGuruatma is an international teacher who has been teaching Yoga for over 30 years. He began his teaching career in the 70's instructing Hatha Yoga and began to focus primarily on teaching Kundalini by the early 80's. He has been a stress management consultant at Tufts University Graduate School where he has been teaching yoga and meditation classes for the past 14 years. Guruatma has lead workshops in Costa Rica, Hawaii and throughout the United States. He is a Reiki Master/Teacher, a Wellness Coach and Co-Director of Franklin Yoga and Wellness Center.Kaye KhalsaKaye is the co-director and founder of Franklin Yoga & Wellness in Franklin, Mass. She is certified in Meditation and Kundalini Yoga with additional training in Anusara, Hatha, and Vinyasa Yoga practices. Kaye has also traveled to India to learn a number of meditation practices. She integrates her knowledge of Reiki, Cranio-Sacral therapy, Brain Gym and other energy modalities when she teaches. Kaye founded the Children's Yoga and Art camp in Franklin in 2001 and she loves to teach adults and children the art and practice of yoga and meditation.Susan Masters: CYT, RYT 200Born in Scotland, Susie started her yoga path at eight years old. She was first taught Iyengar and took classes through her teens. However, due to living a very stressful life in a high energy environment, Susie was diverted from this path for a couple of years. She came back into yoga practice and has enjoyed being back on the path since, and decided to join her mother and sister in becoming yoga teachers. Susie enjoys teaching the alignment-orientated Iyenger and the adaptiveness of Viniyoga.
