Tina Marian RN BSN
Holistic Health Counselor, Energy Therapist

Tina Marian's practice is guided by the firm belief that, with the right assistance, our bodies will naturally heal themselves. Tina takes an Integrative Approach to healing, treating the whole person -- body, mind and spirit -- by assisting and supporting the innate healing properties of each individual.

Tina promotes health and wellness and the prevention of dis-ease through nutritional and lifestyle education/counseling combined with the use of Energy Therapies (when appropriate), collaborating with you to develop a program specific to you.

Tina is a seasoned practitioner of EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques - a gentle, yet revolutionary healing method based on tapping with the fingertips on acupuncture points on the face and upper torso.

Founded on the principle that all dis-ease is based on negative emotions that disrupt the body's energy system, EFT literally taps into these disruptions via the meridians (or energy channels), dissolving blockages and returning the body to its natural balance.

A gifted, natural teacher, Tina is adept at EFT instruction in a group setting. Participants leave her day-long workshops able to target specific issues (such as weight loss, smoking, financial issues, relationships, low self-esteem and many more) on their own, as the need arises.

Tina has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years and is currently The Director of Psychiatric Triage at Metro West Medical Center in Natick, Massachusetts, where she has successfully introduced EFT for both staff and patients.

She is a graduate of both the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in Manhattan and the Birchtree Center for Healthcare Transformation in Florence, Massachusetts; a Certified Holistic Health Counselor; a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners; and is trained in a number of Energy Therapies, including EFT, The Silva Life Method and Reconnective Healing.

Tina is a frequent presenter on a variety of topics related to Health and Wellness, and writes and distributes a monthly ezine (e-newsletter) packed with the latest information in the Health and Wellness fields. Her first book, "Medicine my Way: Taking Charge of Your Health and Your Healthcare" will be released shortly.

Tina ‘s Health Counseling Practice is based in Northborough, Massachusetts, where she both welcomes clients in person and works with them over the phone.
