Facilitator PoliciesAdvertising Cleaning Liability Advertising PolicyThe Center is responsible solely for the advertising of The Center at Westwoods and will not be seen as a primary vehicle of advertisement for any one practitioner or facilitator. However, The Center reserves the right to highlight particular events if they feel it would encourage balanced growth to the Westwoods community. What advertising is offered:WebsiteEvery event will be listed on the calendar page, with a link to a separate event page detailing the workshop or class. These events are listed in chronological order. For permanent or ongoing series and practitioners: Email Campaigns Spotlight Campaign Personal Advertising If you receive additional resources or help from the Center in advertising, some sort of payment will be arranged for these extra services. This will be negotiated for with the Executive Director. Applying PractitionersAll practitioners must fill out a facilitator proposal for each and every event, session, or session series you would like to offer at the Center. Proposals must be handed in no later than two months before the requested presentation date. It is recommended to hand in a proposal as early as possible. All promotional materials must be handed to advertising no less than five weeks before the set workshop date. It is highly recommended to send materials with the proposal. If you have no marketing materials, all write-ups for the web, flyers, etc., created by The Center’s advertising, will be the property of The Center and may not be reproduced by the facilitator and used to advertise the workshop at a different venue. If you choose to create your marketing materials through The Center we will negotiate a price based on time and complexity. Once your proposal has been seen and reviewed you will be contacted by The Center at Westwoods to discuss the next steps. While we make every effort to follow up in a timely fashion, please do not contact The Center once the proposal has been received. |
